the problem that led to the anger will still be there
someone who is bright and reasonable will appear
(if you were bugs bunny, you wouldn’t need 15 minutes. Guess what, you are not bugs bunny, so take your 15 minutes)
But you can’t spend those 15 minutes making your case inside your head. It feeds your anger. If you are thinking “always” or “never”, it will always make things worse and never solve anything.
