The Good Hook


Are you good?

I am struggling.

Help me…if you are good.

If you do not, you are not good.

This is the hook that snags so many people who frankly are a little greedy to be good. It is a manipulative tactic used in negotiation, formal and otherwise. It is one of the reasons that many nice guys and gals finish last. Costs a lot of people a lot of money, and puts a lot of unearned money in other people’s pockets.

Ironically, I have become much nicer since getting that hook out of my mouth.
